We hope this letter finds you in the best possible spirits! We want to give you an update on some changes we have made. 2020 has been a challenging year for the beauty industry. As you may have heard, due to severe supply chain bottlenecks caused by COVID-19, US hair retailers across the nation faced product shortages, especially with lace closures, frontals, and wigs.

Thanks to our strong relationships with our partners and our dedicated Supply Chain Team hard work and expertise, we have been able to keep a healthy supply of our top-selling hair products and continue to serve our loyal customers with the highest quality hair on the market.

2021 Price

Now, more than ever, high-quality premium hair has become extremely scarce as hair donors in other countries continue to quarantine, dramatically driving up the cost of real virgin hair. We have always done our best not to pass down the price increases to our customers; however, as costs continue to surge, we had no choice but to increase prices in order to continue to source the highest quality products.

These price increases are industry-wide. Many of our competitors have chosen to either:

1) Continue to sell the same high-quality product as us, but at almost double the price.

2) Keep prices the same, but sell a much lower-quality product.

Finding real, high-quality hair in the market is getting much more difficult. What you often find amongst other hair companies is that they are selling low-quality hair that will require you to repurchase every 2-3 months. As a business, we are making every effort to sell the same long-lasting virgin hair you know and love while keeping it at the lowest price possible. We still have customers write to us letting us know they still use the same bundles they bought from us over 5 years ago!

Despite the price increases, we continue to sell the highest quality hair at the best prices. As the hair industry changes, Lush Glory Beauty remains strong because of loyal customers like yourself. We pledge to remain honest and transparent about what is happening in the hair industry and do everything we can to provide you with the best experience possible.
